Brief

To develop a creative concept and report design for Bodycote, reflecting its position as a global leader in thermal processing and advanced manufacturing services.

The aim was to translate a highly technical industrial process into an engaging and accessible visual narrative that communicated precision, strength and innovation.

My approach

Inspired by thermal imagery and technical drawings, I developed a visual system combining energetic colour blends with precise graphic elements to represent the transformation of materials through heat treatment.

A continuous line device flowed throughout the report, symbolising Bodycote’s role as a vital link within the manufacturing process. The result was a technical, confident and contemporary design that reinforced the brand’s focus on durability, reliability and performance.
